Preparations for Assumption School’s 2010 Women’s Social are underway. This fun event is scheduled for Thursday—April 29, 2010 from 6:00 PM-9:00 PM in the school gym (which will be transformed into a festive event space for the evening!) The theme is Farmers market . This social is a special time for the women of our community to enjoy an evening of fellowship, great food, drinks, and shopping with a variety of fun vendors. We hope you will join us.
You are invited to participate in this fun event as a vendor. We publicize this event to our school families, their friends, and will include announcements in newspapers such as The Catholic Voice and the San Leandro Times so we are expecting a good turnout as in previous years. This is a terrific networking and promotional opportunity for you to showcase your wares. Your presence will also help our school because proceeds from ticket sales benefit the Assumption Family Tuition Assistance Fund.
Vendors will be allowed one 6’ table on which to display their products. The entry fee for vendors is $50 (includes 1 admission, additional tickets are $30). On the day of the event, we also ask that you bring in an item or gift basket with a retail value of $30 -- or more! -- to be raffled at the end of the evening. Please fill-out and mail the bottom portion of this letter with your payment (or drop-off at the school office) by April 22, 2010 to confirm your participation in this event.
